Type pop.
anywhere.

Populate reads the PDFs, policies and notes you already have. Type pop. and a few words in any text box, and the reply is written from them. Routine answers come back finished. Delicate ones come back as a draft, with a marked spot for the line only you can write.

Chrome beta is open now. Mac, Windows, iOS and Android arrive with the full version on 9 July 2027.

Reply to Marco Rossi in Zendesk

Marco RossiThe blender arrived with a cracked lid. Can I get a refund? Order total was £64.

Try one:

Finished when it can be. A draft when it should be.

Some replies are the same every time. Others need you. Populate does the first kind outright and gets the second kind most of the way, so your attention goes to the messages that matter.

Autopilot

If the answer is in your files, pop. writes the whole reply.

You read it, press send, and move on. Every reply names the file it came from, so checking takes a second.

Good for order status, refunds and returns, shipping delays, pricing questions, meeting requests, out of office notes, standups and welcome messages.

pop.refund
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Your refund reaches the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the parcel.
From Refund_Policy.pdf
Human touch

If it needs a real person, pop. drafts it and you finish it.

The facts and policy are already right. The tone and structure are set. The one line that should come from you is left as a marked blank.

Good for upset customers, saying no, negotiation, follow-ups after a good call, feedback, sensitive HR notes and condolences.

pop.draft apology for late order
I'm truly sorry. Three late deliveries in a row is not the standard you should expect from us. I've sent a free replacement and refunded your delivery fee. Add a line about her six years with us

How to choose. If a good template would do the job, use autopilot, like pop.refund. If you would normally stop and think before sending, start with pop.draft.

Set up once. Use it everywhere.

You already have the answers. They live in PDFs, SOPs, policy docs and old emails. Populate reads them once and keeps them ready.

1

Add your files

Upload policies, product guides, pricing sheets, FAQs and style guides. PDF, Word and Markdown work, and Notion and Confluence can sync.

2

Type pop. in any text box

The words after pop. pick the job: pop.refund, pop.draft apology, pop.chart q3. Populate also reads the thread you're in, so the reply fits it.

3

Send it, or finish it

Routine replies are ready to send. Drafts arrive with the personal line marked. Nothing is ever sent without you.

Same shortcut, seven apps.

Each one below is a working replay of what happens when you type a pop. command in that app. Pick an app, or let it play through.

It writes code, too.

Point pop. at your READMEs and style guide. Pull a snippet your team already trusts, or ask for something new written the way your team writes.

Written to match Style_Guide.md. Review it like any pull request.

It matches your naming and formatting, writes tests and comments, and cites the file it learned from. Generated code is a suggestion: you review it before it lands.

If you write the same answer twice, it's for you.

Here is how different teams tend to split the work between the two modes.

It knows your documents, not just the internet.

Populate isn't a blank chatbot. It writes from the files you give it, in the place you already work.

Reads the page you're on

It looks at the email thread, ticket or chat first, so the reply answers what was actually asked. Works in 40+ languages.

Shows its source

Every answer names the file and paragraph it used. When the file changes, the answers change with it.

Keeps your voice

It uses your wording, your sign-off and the names and dates you set, and it flags a frustrated customer before you reply.

Full emails

pop.email writes the whole message, subject line included, following the thread and your notes.

Charts and images

pop.chart q3 sales or pop.image hero builds a visual from your own numbers and drops it into the box.

Voice

Hold the mic and say pop. instead of typing it. Same commands, and you still edit before you send.

Private by default

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest and are never used for public training.

Team controls

Decide who sees which folder with role-based access and SSO. An audit log shows who used what.

You press send

Nothing goes out on its own. Autopilot gets the reply to one click, and the click stays yours.

One set of files on every device.

Add a file once and it's ready in Chrome, on your desktop and on your phone.

Ask pop. for a beta seat.

We're testing on Chrome with a small group before the full version on 9 July 2027. The chat asks five short questions, then drafts the request email for you to send.

  • Your email and name
  • What you do
  • The apps you write in
  • What you want to test: routine replies, drafts or code

Beta seats are free. Developer access stays by invitation.

Questions

What is pop.?

A shortcut. Type pop. followed by a few words in any text box, and Populate writes what you asked for using the PDFs and docs you uploaded.

What does autopilot handle?

Anything that gets the same kind of answer again and again: order status, refund and return rules, shipping delays, pricing questions, meeting requests, out of office notes, standups and welcome messages.

What about messages that need a human touch?

Use pop.draft. Populate gathers the facts, sets the tone and structure, and highlights the spot for the personal line only you can write. You finish it and send.

Does it send messages without me?

No. Autopilot replies come back finished so sending takes one click, but you always read them first and you always press send.

Will it make things up?

It answers from your documents rather than guessing, and it names the file it used so you can check. For anything important, open the source and confirm before you send.

Can it write code?

Yes. pop.vscode inserts a snippet you already trust from your docs. pop.code writes something new to your style guide. Review generated code like any other change.

Is my data private?

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Teams control who sees which folder with role-based access, SSO and an audit log. Your documents are never used for public training.

When can I use it?

The Chrome beta is open now: use the chat above to request a seat. The full version, with Mac, Windows, iOS and Android, arrives on 9 July 2027.

Stop writing the same reply twice.

Add your files, type pop., and spend your time on the messages that actually need you.
